Instructions for the sailing lab:

We meet at 17.00 in the reception at Skogshem & Wijk. The adress is Hustegavägen 1, Lidingö. To get there take subway or other transportation to Ropsten, then bus 204 towards Elfvik, get of at Furutorp. You can also check http://www.skogshem-wijk.se/Lokaltrafik__.html . 

Wet weather gear (jacket and trousers) and life jacket is supplied. Dress so that you don't freeze!

The forecast is excellent with SW winds around ~10 knots. The boats we'll be sailing are the J92. Here is a polar so you can check out the performance. Question: at TWS=10 knots what is the optimum gybing angle for maximizing VMG downwind? =)
