This is an advanced course in modern numerical analysis with emphasis on numerical methods for linear and nonlinear partial differential equations. Basic mathematical and numerical concepts, modern numerical methods, and numerical solutions of engineering and scientific problems formulated as differential equations will be treated during the course.
