Svea kindly pointed out an error in the project description.  I had written 'bilateral' or 'unilateral' muscles, which doesn't make much sense!  It should be 'biarticular' or 'uniarticular'.

And agonistic muscles are muscles that work together in the same group.  For example the vastus lateralis and the vastus medius are agonistic muscles - they are both knee extensors.
