In this project an indoor positioning system is created using cooperative localization techniques. Smartphones that are sending audible pulses to each other are used to calculate their position in an area between three fixed nodes. By using different algorithms for detecting pulses from audible recordings, each phone can send distance measurements to a master node, that is also a smartphone. The master phone is then calculating the distances between the phones. The position can then be sent out to the other phones to be displayed on their screens.
