E-book Licensing Terms
Do you want to know what rules apply for printing and downloading of e-books at the library? Here you will find guidelines and licensing terms of KTHB e-book suppliers.

KTHB contracts with a variety of vendors and publishers to provide users with electronic resources and typically negotiates license agreements that stipulate how and by whom they may be used. These terms and conditions must be adhered to. If license terms are violated resource providers can temporarily, or permanently, suspend access rights.
- Printouts and downloads may only be used for your own non-commercial, scholarly research or education.
- Some licenses may contain additional terms. Users are encouraged to look for the "Terms of use" link found in many resources for more specific information.
- Copies of course packs can be distributed for free or for a small fee (as long as there is no profit) and are sold only to KTH students for a specific course. By course packs is meant a collection of material, for example excerpts from books and articles.
- In addition to licensing there is also an agreement between KTH and Bonus Presskopia governing copying for teaching purposes. Kopieringsavtal inom högskoleområdet
