Happy New Month!!! At this point, most of you have made the final decisions about having a master’s degree from KTH and I am super excited for you!

KTH Facebook group for admitted students
I received a question recently asking if there is a group in which newly admitted students can start discussing certain things together like, accommodation or just to have that feeling that you’re not the only one embarking on this adventure.
You know how Fernando and I always say that you’ve gone through the hardest phase of this transition journey already? In case you missed it, the hardest phase is actually waiting for the results (for non-European students) or the accommodation search (for European students). This is because KTH is always one step ahead of us, trying to make our lives easier 🙂 So, it’s no surprise at all that there is an actual group on Facebook solely dedicated to newly admitted master students.

Upcoming Webinars
There are two webinars in June that will be very good to actually listen to. The first is focused on Arrival and Introduction days by KTH and the student union. The student union usually have a lot of activities planned out for international students. I really enjoyed being a part of these activities when I arrived becuase, not only do you make new friends quickly, you actually get to experience Stockholm before the academic session fully begins .
During the call-up week, I got questions about the student life at KTH. If you would like to know all the details on having an actual student life when you’re here, the second webinar is for you 😉

As usual, if you have any questions or there’s a topic you’ll like to know more about, feel free to ask 🙂 Also, keep following the posts as I will be sharing in the coming weeks more practical tips that would come in handy as a student living in Stockholm and maybe a bit of my travelling escapades with a student budget. ( haha!)
Till next time:)
