Basically all inquiries are most easily solved by mailing us. Through e-mail we can help you with:
- Modifications of your contract, such as cancellations or extensions
- General inquiries regarding your housing
- Questions about your application for accommodation

Is something in your apartment broken or not working, or you need to report something else related to the apartment/room/building? Please fill out the following online form and your issue will be processed by KTH Fault report unit.
Do you already have an ongoing fault report and you want to know the status? E-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and make sure to mention your errand number. The Fault report unit can also be reached by calling 08-790 92 00 (+46 8 790 92 00 from a foreign telephone number).
KTH Entré is a centre for information and service. Here you can get help with for example:

KTH Entré is located at Drottning Kristinas väg 4, 2nd floor and the regular opening hours are Monday - Friday 8:00-16:30. No KTH Accommodation staff will be in the information desk in KTH Entré.
Where and when do I pick up my keys to my accommodation?
You pick up the keys and sign the contract at KTH Entré, Drottning Kristinas väg 4 on the start date of your contract, or if this day is on a weekend or holiday, on the next regular work day. You will receive information via e-mail about the exact date and time to do this before the start date of your contract, so read through the information carefully. Remember to bring your photo identification, e.g. your passport.
Please note that it is not possible to pick up the keys before the start date of the contract and only the contract holder can pick up the keys.
