KTH:s vetenskapliga publikationer finns i KTH:s publikationsdatabas DiVA . Sedan 2011 finns alla avhandlingar, rapporter och examensarbeten i fulltext. Vetenskapliga artiklar, konferensbidrag, böcker etc finns registrerade i DiVA och en stor del av dessa finns även i fulltext.
