The course is based on a series of seminars aimed at sharing ideas and further developing courses, teaching, and pedagogy. Seminar groups are to consist of a teaching team of 4-7 individuals within the same subject area. During the seminars, structured discussions are held on the teaching experiences of the participants since the last seminar, as well as discussions of shorter educational science texts on pedagogical practices determined based on the participants' needs and interests. The exact format of the seminars may vary depending on the subject's conditions and the group's needs.
