I am a passionate researcher with a foundation in Computer Engineering, currently focusing on data analysis, computational biology, and bioinformatics. Driven by a design-thinking approach, I strive to solve complex problems through innovative solutions. My expertise includes developing algorithms for biological data analysis and sequence comparison, leveraging optical processing and machine learning to enhance our understanding of biological processes.
In my postdoctoral research, I investigate single-cell sequencing to uncover cell lineage, employing variational Bayesian methods for phylogenetic inference and lineage tracing. I also actively engage in metagenomics analysis, protein structure prediction, and exploring disease mechanisms from a genetic perspective.
