Researcher at KTH department of Energy Technology within the area of ground source heat pumps (GSHP) and borehole thermal energy storage systems (BTES). He received his Ph.D from KTH department of Civil and Architectural Engineering in 2015 with a thesis entitled Developments in Ground Heat Storage Modeling.
His current research interests are:
- Development of improved and efficient models to better design geothermal systems but also to better assess the potential of the technology.
- Development of testing techniques to improve the accuracy of the estimations of key parameters that are necessary to properly design and operate geothermal systems.
- Full scale monitoring of large scale GSHP and BTES systems to assess how currently running systems perform in practice.
