Event Coordinator at EECS

As an Event Coordinator, I support the organisation with project management, coordination, logistics and planning related to events and meetings.

The Infrastructure and Service unit supports school staff in enquiries such as postal services, deliveries, catering, access, and hospitality. The unit also manages all matters related to the school’s offices, purchase & procurement, archive, travel, and events.
