About me
Hello! I am a PhD student at the department of Micro and Nanosystems since January 2023. I have Kristinn B. Gylfason and Frank Niklaus as supervisors and I work mainly on the European project phormic where my focus lies in the development and integration of MEMS/NEMS for integrated photonic circuits, especially for making programmable circuits with low to no static power consumption. I work with post-processing at a clean room (ELAB) where I am specialized in vapor HF etching which is a key post-processing step, to fabricate suspended, mechanical components. I also work with scaling up production steps to continuously transfer the process technologies to the foundry.
I am also involved in another European project, i-EDGE, where the goal is to utilize MEMS/NEMS technology for robust electronic circuitry suitable for harsh environments.
I have a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering and a master's degree in nanotechnology, both from Chalmers University of Technology.
