I am a part-time Guest Professor at the Divison of Transport Planning at KTH and a Professor of Passenger Transport Systems at the Department of Transport & Planning at Delft University of Technology (TU Delft). My research revolves around the dynamics of public transport systems and public transport network analysis.

Special areas of interest include public transport operations, supply-demand interactions, travel behavior, service performance analysis and applications of intelligent transport systems. It involves the synthesis of traffic modeling, network science, operations research, simulation modeling, travel behavior, control and operations.
