Dario Filatrella

I am a doctoral student at the Department of Information Science and Engineering (ISE) under the supervision of Mikael Skoglund and Ragnar Thobaben.

I joined the Department in October 2025, after completing my B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics at Bocconi University in Milan.

My main research interest is the theoretical study of distributed statistical learning. I am specifically interested in the generalization capabilities of such algorithms, analyzed through an Information-theoretic framework.
