About me

I am a PhD student at the Department of Mathematics. I study numerical algorithms and formulation techniques to efficiently solve Mixed Integer Programs (MIPs).

My work mainly concerns Mixed-Integer Nonlinear Programming (MINLP). I am interested in both numerical methods for solving such problems as well as theory. Numerical methods that I study are mostly concerning solving convex MINLPs using Polyhedral Outer Approximation, such as Outer Approximation (OA), Extended Cutting Planes (ECP) and Extended Supporting Hyperplanes (ESH). On the theory side, I work on convexification techniques, cut generation for MI(N)LPs and convergence properties.

My PhD advisor is Dr Jan Kronqvist.
