Extracurricular Involvement
My extracurricular activities reflect my commitment to leadership and civic responsibility. I participated in the Honours programme at ÉTS, focusing on leadership and civic responsibility, where students engage with key figures in political, social, and technological fields. Additionally, I completed governance training for board members through online courses provided by Laval University’s College of Corporate Directors (CAS), enhancing my skills in organisational governance.
As the Vice-President of Academic Affairs for the Student Association of ÉTS (AÉÉTS) from 2020 to 2022, I represented approximately 12,000 students across seven departments. My advocacy led to significant achievements, including negotiating a partial class lift following a climate strike vote and securing special measures for grades during the start of the lockdown. Subsequently, I was elected President of AÉÉTS for the 2022-2023 term, where I continued my work on various university projects and oversaw the executive committee’s activities.
