Julia Gutke

I work as a doctoral student at the department of Department of Sustainable Development, Environmental Sciences and Engineering (SEED) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. My research focuses on the field of sustainable consumption - how we calculate consumption-based environmental impacts, how such impacts will change in the future under different scenarios, and what we can do about it.

I'm currently involved in three project related to sustainable consumption in different ways; Future Evaluation of Sustainable Consumption together with Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST), and Policy-relevant assessments of carbon footprints together with LIST and Statistics Sweden, as well as a project with Region Stockholm where we investigates how to follow up and reach their consumption-based climate targets.
