Inger Wikström Öbrand

As a Quality Assurance Officer my main responsibility is to coordinate and support quality work at KTH and to ensure that KTH works according to the Swedish University act, The Higher education Ordinance and the European Standards and Guidelines for Quality Assurance in the Higher Education area (ESG).

My responsibilites includes supporting and administer the quality assurance system as well as the processes to achieve high quality research and education. Together with Fakultetsrådet, the Dean and Pro-dean at KTH I am responsible for the planning and implementation of the quality assurance system.

As a Quality Assurance Officer, I also support the five KTH schools when they are under external evaluation by the Swedish Higher Education Authority (UKÄ).

I also work with the university alliance, UNITE! and is foremost engaged in work regarding developing a quality assurance system for the alliance.

I work with the management offices' regular tasks as well, such as conduct enquirements, prepare decisions to the rector and work with the overall operational planningprocess at KTH.
