About me
The Autoimmunity and Serology Profiling Unit provides infrastructure and technologies for analyzing the autoantibody repertoire in body fluids and validating antibodies using custom-designed protein and peptide arrays. I currently work as a project coordinator within the Unit, managing and organizing research projects while also contributing hands-on in the wet lab, performing data analysis in R, and overseeing the practical and organizational aspects of maintaining an efficient laboratory environment. I also contribute to internal research projects within the Division of Affinity Proteomics at KTH, mainly within neuroproteomics.
Over the years, I have been involved in validating antibodies for The Human Protein Atlas, developing a SARS-CoV-2 serology test, and participating in various research projects.
