About me
I was a PhD candidate in Strategies for Sustainable Development and part of a Marie Curie Innovative Training Network known as GECKO. I successfully defended my PhD thesis on 'Aligning governmental policy intervention action gaps with citizen consumption actions' which can be found here. I use mixed-methods and interventions to investigate topics such as renewable energy communities and energy poverty in both Stockholm and Amsterdam. I am currently working with MIT Senseable City Lab and the AMS Institute using real-time environmental data to study the urban environment.
In my spare time, I manage community kitchens that reduce both food waste and insecurity for low income homes.
