Kirill Bogdanov
About me
My name is Kirill Bogdanov, I am a third-year Ph.D. student in the Networked Systems Lab (NSL) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Dejan Kostic and Prof. Gerald Q. Maguire Jr. I obtained my BS.C. from Institute of Technology, Carlow and my MS.C. in High Performance Computing from Trinity College Dublin.
My profile is a combination of academic research and industry experience. Prior to joining Prof. Kostic’s research group, I was working as a software engineer at IBM Ireland, where I participated in High Availability and Disaster Recovery solution for the DB2 relational database. Ever since I retain a great personal interest in performance and correctness aspects of data survivability and availability within distributed storage systems.
