Krzysztof Jurdzinski

I am a Ph.D. student in Ander Andersson's Environmental Genomics groups. In my PhD thesis I focus on how salinity affects microbial ecology and evolution. I am a biochemist made computational biologist, fond of statistics and computer science, not afraid to step out of standard data analysis pipelines when careful interrogation of nature requires it. Nevertheless, what brought me to this line of research is the fascination with diversity, ubiquity, and importance of microbial life.
