Strategist and senior officer regarding issues of gender equality, diversity and equal conditions (JML) at KTH, as a part of KTH Equality Office. KTH Equality Office (EqO) is a strategic and operational function for the entire faculty, administration and student body. EqO:s work is research-based and operates according to KTH's overall visions and goals as well as to state-set laws and government assignments within the higher education sector.

Strategist work regarding JML that I am responsible for consists of investigating, monitoring, educating and leading projects in areas focused on university employees such as research funding, recruitment, competence provision and work place culture in cooperation with other organisational functions or external partners.

The function EqO is also responsible for dialouge with the the President and the University Management group on matters of equality, as well as for producing and revising steering documents and official university reports regarding JML.
