About me
I am a PhD student at the Science for Life Laboratory in Stockholm working at the intersection of bioinformatics and proteomics. With a background in chemical engineering, I focus on using data-driven models to understand how molecular components are organized and function within human cells. My research is part of the Human Protein Atlas Alpha Cell Program, where I work on integrating large-scale omics data, including single-cell, bulk RNA, and proteomics datasets, to map gene and protein expression across tissues and cell types. I am particularly interested in developing reproducible computational workflows and tools that turn complex biological data into clear and usable insights.
