About me
Malin Koch has been working as a Contract Lawyer at KTH since 2018 and she is Head of the Commercial Law Unit within the department Research Support Office at KTH since 2019.
She leads the work and assigns new cases to the team members. She drafts, reviews and negotiates the agreements KTH enters into as a Swedish public agency, mainly agreements within the field of research. Her work includes reviewing funding organizations' general terms.
Frequent agreements are Consortium Agreements (CA), Contract Research Agreements (CRA), Non-disclosure Agreements (NDA), Material Transfer Agreements (MTA), Agreements on Centers, Letters of Intent (LoI), Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) and other commercial contracts. Malin also assists with commercial legal aspects in agreements within the educational field and provides general legal advice regarding commercial law, including IP.
Degree of Master of Laws (LL.M.) in 2001 (Stockholm University).
