About me
Researcher in advanced control systems and robotics with background in model-based calibration, metrology and sensor integration, and functional diagnostics.
I received my Ph.D. in Production Engineering in April 2025 and my M.Sc. in Mechatronics Engineering in June 2019, both from KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden. My doctoral research focused on the use of quasi-static compliance calibration to enhance the positioning accuracy of articulated robots in contact applications, where external loads and motion can cause significant deformation due to the robots' inherently low structural stiffness. The thesis also investigated the transferability of stiffness parameters between identical robots operating under similar conditions, providing a practical and scalable approach to error compensation in industrial environments.
My current research interests center on physics-based calibration and compensation methods for improving the performance of industrial robotic systems.
