Milica Jankov

I am a PhD student in the Division of Network and Systems Engineering at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, working in the research group of Professor Carlo Fischione.

My research interests focus on the modeling, optimization, and ML/AI-driven design of semantic and goal-oriented wireless communications for future networks, with particular emphasis on semantic freshness, resource allocation, and intelligent medium access. I am particularly interested in real-time learning and AI-native uplink protocol design for next-generation wireless systems.
