CGA to DVI adapter for 8bit ISA bus

This is a CGA to DVI adapter that I made with Rickard Doverfelt for a hobby project. The adapter uses a situational hardware scaling dependent on which CGA mode is currently enabled. Intended use was for an IBM PC XT clone. Made with Kicad. Full details exist on github
