Seyedeh Fatemeh Mottaghi

I am a postdoctoral researcher at KTH and a mathematician by training. My research lies at the intersection of artificial intelligence, digital finance, and real estate economics. I explore how emerging technologies (particularly AI, blockchain, and tokenization) are reshaping financial and real estate markets. Drawing on my mathematical background, I combine quantitative, econometric, and machine-learning methods to study market dynamics, information flows, and the broader economic implications of technological transformation.
