I am pursuing a PhD focused on developing safe and prompt resource allocation algorithms for communication and computing systems.

I hold an MSc in Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London and a BEng in Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Liverpool, earned jointly through Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University.
