Nicola Bastianello

I am a post-doc researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, under the supervision of Prof. Karl H. Johansson. From 2021 to 2022 I was a post-doc at the Department of Information Engineering (DEI), University of Padova, Italy, under the supervision of Prof. Sandro Zampieri.

In 2021 I received my Ph.D in Information Engineering from the University of Padova, Italy, working under the supervision of Prof. Ruggero Carli and Prof. Andrea Simonetto (ENSTA Paris). In 2019-2020 I was a visiting student in the Department of Electrical, Computer, and Energy Engineering (ECEE), University of Colorado Boulder, under the supervision of Prof. Emiliano Dall’Anese.

I received my Master degree in Automation Engineering (2018) and my Bachelor degree in Information Engineering (2015) from the University of Padova, Italy.

I currently serve in the IEEE CSS and EUCA Conference Editorial Boards.

My research lies at the intersection of optimization and learning, with a focus on multi-agent systems. Head to my personal website for more details.
