Olof Sjödin

Olof Sjödin received his M.Sc. degree (“Civilingenjörsexamen”) in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2021. Since 2022, he has been pursuing a Ph.D. in optoelectronics under the supervision of Prof. Mattias Hammar, focusing on the design and fabrication of a new class of diode lasers at the Electrum Laboratory cleanroom research facility. In his spare time, he enjoys hands-on craftsmanship such as cooking and baking, tinkering with Linux, and exploring nature.
