About me
I am an Industrial PhD Candidate at KTH Royal Institute of Technology collaborating with Scania/TRATON. My doctoral research focuses on the analytical modeling, degradation, and system-level optimization of advanced battery systems for commercial electromobility. A primary area of my work investigates the transition from cell behavior to full battery systems , analyzing how variations - ranging from physical and thermal tolerances to operational and techno-economic factors - impact long-term performance, asset valuation and lifetime prediction.
Backed by a Masters of Science from the Technical University of Munich (TUM) and industrial expereince as a Battery Systems Engineer at TWT GmbH, my expertise lies in leveraging advanced numerical simulations, electro-thermal modeling, and data-driven analysis to solve complex engineering challenges. My previous research with the Hilti Group focused on the thermal management and design optimization of lithium-ion battery systems. Ultimately, my work combines deep technical analysis with systems-level insights to drive scalable, sustainable, and economic viable solutions for the future of heavy-duty transport.
