About me
After living in Brisbane, Australia, for the past ten years, my family and I relocated back to Sweden in April 2025. I have almost 15 years of experience in administrative and research roles at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Most recently, I supported Distinguished Professor Susan Danby and her team of transdisciplinary researchers to secure an AU$34.9M grant, along with an additional AU$32.2M in cash and in-kind contributions from the Centre’s national and international partners. This led to my role as Centre Coordinator at the Australian Research Council Centre of Excellence for the Digital Child.
In this role, I worked across our six partner universities (Deakin University, University of Wollongong, University of Queensland, Curtin University, Edith Cowan University, and Queensland University of Technology) and with industry partners such as LEGO, Google, UNICEF, and SBS, as well as partner universities across the globe, to deliver and disseminate evidence-based, transdisciplinary research to ensure Australian children are healthy, educated, and connected in a digital world.
As Centre Coordinator, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Centre and for providing support to the Centre Director, Deputy Director, and Chief Operating Officer. My responsibilities included coordinating steering committees, drafting policies, developing internal communications strategies, and planning national events. I also planned capacity-building programs for PhD students and supported high-level engagement between researchers, universities, and industry partners.
In my new role as Ledningskoordinator / Executive Coordinator at KTH, I will be dividing my time between the Division of Electronics and Embedded Systems (EES) and the Division of Network and Systems Engineering (NSE).
