  • Senior Project Manager, Artificial Intelligence (RA AI), Ericsson Research, Stockholm, Sweden from 2019 till Oct 2021

    • I drive AI/ Data Science projects for Telco/non-telco domains including teams upto 20-30 people for different internal and external stakeholders. It includes defining the projects, their scope and targets, allocating resources and executing the work while keeping a constant connection with stakeholders to align the work.

    • Organizing Patent workshops for whole AI research area (50+ persons) with some other research area or business unit resulting in high patent numbers

    • AI Techniques applied to Telco and Smart factory domains: Telco projects using different AI techniques like machine learning, reinforcement learning (RL), explainable AI, counter factuals and explainable RL. Non-Telco projects: Trustworthy AI algorithms (fuzzy logic, RL, neural networks, explainable AI and explainable RL ) to implement safety for collaborative robots in smart factories

  • Single Point of Contact for BMAS from Ericsson Research, Stockholm, Sweden. Feb 2019 - todate

    • Main driver and Single Point of Contact for BMAS for all activities that Research area AI has with BMAS, managing a team of 20+ people. Resulted in a successful collaboration, and Key Impact award for 2019, and Top Performance Winner for 2020.

    • Research on automation and safety for CPS. Working on safety for collaborative robots in an automated warehouse by using risk management and AI-based (fuzzy-logic, neuro-fuzzy) algorithms in SCOTT project, developing an overall safety strategy for automated warehouse and writing research papers.

    • Project Leader of SCOTT project, reporting for ESCEL and Vinnova, leading team of 10+ people, keeping track of the work status and involved in main deliverables of the project.

    • Leader of Technical Intelligence Group for RA MIA from Jan 2017 - Dec 2017. Lead a team of 7 people, and during the year we stretched all targets. Member of core team, writing articles and assessment reports for the Program.

    • Main driver and receiver for the Safety projects with the University of Sao Paulo Brazil. Defining the project scope, objectives and driving the work from the start of the proposal till end of the project including co-authoring articles, organizing Safety Workshops with ER Kista, ER Brazil, and University of Sao Paulo.

    • Involved in defining project proposals: SCOTT (EU project), 2 Safety projects with USP, and in other EU Projects
