Om mig
I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Speech, Music and Hearing (TMH), working with Prof Gabriel Skantze. In my research, I try to improve and study the conversational abilities of social robots: how can they become more enjoyable, more fluent, more multimodal in dialogue? Can we take inspiration from human cognition? And how can we measure what makes a good conversation?
I obtained my PhD degree in Computer Science Engineering in March 2026 from Ghent University (Belgium). In my PhD reserach, I studied how social robots can adapt their conversations to visual input, ranging from situational awareness to personalisation and social signal processing.
Check out my personal website for more details about my research projects, or my Google Scholar page for the most recent list of my publications.
I'm always open to collaborations or supervising student projects - just get in touch with me via email.
