Seyed Amirhossein Javaheri

I’m a postdoctoral researcher in the Division of Information Science and Engineering (ISE) at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, where I work with Prof. Saikat Chatterjee and Prof. Mats Bengtsson. I received my PhD in Electronic and Computer Engineering from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), supervised by Prof. Daniel P. Palomar. I also obtained my bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Sharif University of Technology.

My research lies at the intersection of signal processing, statistical inference, machine learning, and optimization. I am particularly interested in graphical modeling, representation learning, networked data analysis, financial engineering, gene regulatory network inference, and model-free Bayesian state estimation.
