Working as a school controller at KTH. I coordinate the Electrical engineering school's finances, which includes budget, forecasts and actuals follow-up. The follow up is based on established processes and report packages. I also carry out analyzes and checks in the area of ​​finance as requested by the school management. It is within my mission to increase the understanding of the economy in the school within the support unit but also outside the school in a pedagogical way. That work includes reporting of
financial information to various stakeholders. I am involved in the planning and coordination of our accounting/financial management teams. I also participate in the development of the finance unit's reports, routines and working methods.
