About me
I have a bachelor's and master’s degree in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics from the University of Rajasthan, India (2009 - 2015). Later, I joined the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) as a research engineer at Biomaterial and Tissue engineering lab to working on electrospun nanofibers for their application in bone tissue engineering and as an anti-cancer patch based on phytochemicals.
In February 2017, I started my Ph.D. at the Department of Fiber and Polymer Technology, KTH, under the supervision of Prof. Anna Finne-Wistrand and co-supervisor Prof. Kamal Mustafa (University of Bergen, Norway).
Project Description
PrintKnit: The overall aim of the project is to develop degradable and biocompatible porous polymeric scaffolds using the 3D printing and knitting approach, for soft tissue engineering.
