Shufan Ma

I am a Doctoral Student in FinTech & PropTech Research Group at the Department of Real Estate and Construction Management. My research focuses on financial technology and tokenized fixed-income securities on blockchain, especially digital bonds in the financial market.

My research is motivated by applying scientific inference and statistical analysis tools, subject to rigorous peer review, to contribute to applying sustainable and advanced technologies and improving human welfare.
