Simran Mandal

Simran Mandal obtained a double master degree through EIT INNOEnergy program in European masters in Nuclear Energy track from KTH Royal Institute (Sweden) and Grenoble-INP Phlema (France) in 2025. In January 2026 she started a PhD at KTH Division of Electrical Power and Energy Systems. The PhD would support the SSM by providing decision-support material in connection with the licensing of new nuclear power in Sweden. The project would result is quantitative models and theories for improving , or ensuring, the grid stability which in turn would maintain or improve the radiation safety.
