About me

I'm orginally from the south of Sweden and moved to Stockholm to study Chemical Engineering with a major in Polymer Chemistry at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology. I worked in the industry for about 10 years before I returned to the academic field and started my PhD studies in 2014. My PhD studies are funded by Knut & Alice Wallenberg Foundation and conducted within the Wallenberg Wood Sceince Center and the title of my project is Controlling the dipsersion properties of cellulose nanofibrillar systems by surface modifcation. hence, my research is mainly focusing on polymer synthesis as well as the interfacial interactions between polymers and cellulosic nanomaterials.

Academic Background

Ph. D. Student at Wallenberg Wood Science Center, Fibre and Polymer Technology, School of Chemical Science and Engineering, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden since August 2014

Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, major in Polymer Technology, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm, Sweden in 2002.

Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, major in Biotechnology, Mälardalen University, Sweden in 2000.
