Cecilia Teljas
About me
I am a PhD student in Media Technology at the department of Media Technology and Interaction Design at KTH. I have a Master in Mechanical Engineering from KTH, in which I specialized in publishing technologies.
In my PhD work I have been focusing on case study research of social media use for customer communication. I have particularly been focusing on organizational aims, strategies and practices in these studies. I am also interested in media development, media use and user behavior.
