Postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Industrial Biotechnology. My research is focused on studying the physiology of the anaerobic cellulolytic thermophilic bacterium Clostridium thermocellum with the purpose of making C. thermocellum the next-generation cell factory for lignocellulosic based production of ethanol and other products.
