Krishnendu Sankunni Tharakan

I am currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden, working with Prof. Carlo Fischione. Prior to this, I was a Postdoctoral Fellow in the School of Computing at Queen's University, Kingston. I received my B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Calicut, India in 2016, and my Direct PhD in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Indore, India in 2023. My primary research interest broadly lies at the intersection of learning theory, distributed learning, online learning, and optimization, where I focus on developing algorithms that are provably efficient, fair, and sustainable.
