Tommy Shih

Tommy Shih serves as the Director of the Forum for Responsible Internationalization and Research Security (www.risecforum.com), and is an Associate professor (Docent) in Business Administration. He is an internationally recognized scholar in the fields of responsible internationalization and research security. His academic work is centered on the intersections of global science, geopolitics, and innovation management. In addition to his research activities, Tommy Shih provides expert counsel to governmental and funding agencies on matters pertaining to science, technology, and business policy.
