Thi Xuan Loi Dang

I have Master of Science in Engineering, Surveying and Land Management from LTH, with a specialization in real estate law and economics. I did a exchange semester at Dongguk University in Seoul during ny master studies and summer studies in Beihang university. I has worked as Asset Manager for commercial property development in Skanska Fastigheter for 3 years.

During my PhD, I will focus on Proptech and business model innovations within the real estate sector. My work will center around the dynamic interplay between digital platforms and business models, and how these transformations impact the industry, enable sustainable development of  built environments.
