Albanova Nanofabrication Laboratory
- Joint KTH SU laboratory, with broad regional user spectrum
- Nano and micro scale fabrication, imaging and metrology
- Graduate students and post docs are main users
- Low cost, flexible fab-lab for exploratory research and prototyping
KTH Applied physics and SU Physics jointly run this facility located in AlbaNova University Center. There are 70-80 active users from several departments at KTH and SU as well as regional academic and industrial users. Most of the equipment has been financed by grants from KAW Foundation, MyFAB, KTH-Infrastructure, and other sponsors.
