About me

I am a PhD student in the Division of Robotics, Perception, and Learning (RPL) under the supervision of Hossein Azizpour, with co-supervision by Lukas Käll. My research focuses on generative modeling and geometric graph learning, with application to biomolecule synthesis and modeling the flexibility of protein-ligand interactions. Currently, I have been working on regression and distributional approaches for molecular docking.

You can check my recent work here:

RobustDock: Robust Generative Flexible Docking with Long-Tailed Data (ICML 2026 GenBio Workshop)

Energy-Based Flow Matching for Generating 3D Molecular Structure (ICML 2025)

I hold a Bsc in Electrical Engineering and Automation from East China University of Science and Technology, and a Msc in Biomedical Engineering from Chalmers University of Technology, specializing in the analysis of biomedical data using statistical and data-driven methods.
